  • 2  maintenances per year, one for heating season and one for cooling season (Tune-ups regularly priced at $369)
  • Priority service and scheduling
  • 10% discount on repairs and parts, including deep cleanings
  • 5% discount on complete HVAC system replacements
  • No service fee (Savings of $165)

ALL MAINTENANCES INCLUDE:

Heating/Furnace

  • Replace or clean filter
  • Check operation of thermostat
  • Check to verify system is functioning
  • Check supply and return air temperature
  • Check blower motor and housing
  • Check amperage and voltage
  • Check all electrical components
  • Check for any oil leaks
  • Check that equipment is secured properly
  • Check safety switches and door switch
  • Check pressure switch, Hi- & Low-limit switch
  • Check gas piping
  • Check burners
  • Check flue vent pipe
  • Check for proper ignition
  • Check ducting for for any leaks or tears
  • Check all electrical connections and any damaged wiring

Air Conditioning

  • Replace or clean filter
  • Check operation of thermostat
  • Check to verify system is functioning
  • Check supply and return air temperature
  • Check condenser coil
  • Check fan motor and fan blades
  • Check amperage and voltage
  • Check all electrical components
  • Check all electrical connections and any damaged wiring
  • Check Power Pack Microfared & for any pitting
  • Check for any oil leaks
  • Check for any refrigerant leaks
  • Check that equipment is secured and level
  • Check indoor coil for water and rust
  • Check secondary drain pan for water or rust
  • Check ducting for any leaks or tears
  • Check primary and secondary condensate drain line
