Alfonso is the first person ever hired by Kilowatt so, truly our #1 employee. For a long time it was just Dean and Alfonso, out in the field, doing the jobs themselves. Alfonso was the best apprentice Dean ever had and over the years he became the best lead installer, service technician and human resources department all rolled into one. When they needed help Alfonso’s brothers, brother-in-law, and now Alfonso’s son Damien joined the crew.
Nobody works harder or knows more about heating & air conditioning than Alfonso. He is deeply respected and dearly loved by everyone on the Kilowatt team. Alfonso and his beautiful wife Sondra have 4 wonderful children, but they make everyone feel like a big extended family. Many weekends you can find all the guys and their families, over at Alfonso’s, their kids swimming in the pool, the guys having a beer. Congratulations Alfonso on being voted April’s Employee of the Month. We <3 Alfonso.
